47 Bodies Left in the Wake of Hillary Clinton: Part 1

Hillary Clinton is circling the wagons and salivating over a presidential run in 2016: Hillary accrued power and her life-long dream of being POTUS is nearing. But not so fast Hillary. Take a look at the bodies mysteriously left in Clinton’s wake! *************************************

James McDougal
                                                              1 – James McDougal

Convicted Whitewater partner of the Clintons who died of an apparent heart attack, while in solitary confinement. He was a key witness in Ken Starr’s investigation.
The Baltimore Sun’s Carl M. Cannon wrote on March 9,1998: James B. McDougal, a former Clinton business partner who had been cooperating with independent counsel Kenneth W. Starr in the Whitewater investigation, died yesterday in a federal prison hospital in Texas. He was 58.
McDougal was serving a 3 1/2 -year sentence after Starr’s office successfully prosecuted him on fraud charges stemming from the collapse of Madison Guaranty Savings & Loan, a McDougal-owned Arkansas thrift that cost taxpayers $60 million when it failed.
His death appears to reduce the legal risks to President Clinton and Hillary Rodham Clinton, and was a clear setback to Starr and his prosecutors, who huddled in their offices last night after McDougal’s death was announced.
McDougal, who suffered from heart disease and blocked arteries, died of cardiac arrest, the Justice Department said. He had often predicted that his health wouldn’t hold out long enough for him ever to be free again.
At the White House, the president issued a statement referring to the early years of his friendship with McDougal.
“I am saddened to learn about Jim McDougal’s death today,” Clinton said. “I have good memories of the years we worked together in Arkansas, and I extend my condolences to his family.”
The key accusation against Clinton in the Whitewater land deal phase of Starr’s investigation centers on a claim by former municipal judge David Hale, who maintains Clinton urged him in 1986 to seek a fraudulent $300,0000 government-backed loan.
The money was never repaid, and prosecutors alleged that some of it was used to prop up the Whitewater Development Corp., a firm co-owned by McDougal, his then-wife, Susan, and the Clintons.

As noted by Star-Telegram Staff Writer Jack Douglas Jr. and WND: When Jim McDougal was taken out of solitary, instead of attempting to defibrillate his heart with equipment on hand at the facility, he was driven over to John Peter Smith hospital. Not the closest hospital to the Fort Worth Federal Medical Center, John Peter Smith hospital is a welfare hospital, where (in the words of one local) ,”They let interns practice on deadbeats."

Mary Mahoney
                                                              2 – Mary Mahoney

Mary Mahoney A former White House intern was murdered July 1997 at a Starbucks Coffee Shop in Georgetown (Washington, D. C.). The murder happened just after she was to go public with her story of sexual harassment by Clinton in the White House.
Reported by the Western Journalism Center: White House intern Died July 1997 An attractive 25-year-old woman, Mahoney was a former White House intern for Bill Clinton working as the assistant manager at a Starbuck’s Coffee shop in Georgetown.
Gunmen entered the Starbuck’s while the crew was cleaning up after closing. Mahoney’s two associates, Aaron Goodrich, 18 and Emory Evans, 25, were taken to a room and shot.
Mary herself  had five bullets in her, from at least two different guns, most likely with silencers. A total of 10 shots were fired; none of them heard by neighbors in the densely populated Georgetown section.
Mahoney was shot in the chest, her face, and in the back of the head.
Even though more than $4,000 remained in the store, the police have categorized the triple murder as a robbery, even as they acknowledge the “execution style” killings.
There was no sign of forced entry. One report said the cafe was still locked when the bodies were found the next morning. George Stephanopoulos, Monica Lewinsky and Chelsea Clinton were all regulars at the Starbuck’s.

vince foster
                                                             3 – Vince Foster

Vince foster Former White House Councilor, and colleague of Hillary Clinton at Little Rock’s Rose Law Firm. Died of a gunshot wound to the head, ruled a suicide. (He was about to testify against Hillary related to the records she refused to turn over to congress.) Was reported to have been having an affair with Hillary.
Daily Mail’s Sally Bedell Smith reported: On a Monday night in July 1993, a 48-year-old lawyer called Vince Foster was found dead in a park near Washington DC.
He had died from a gunshot wound to the mouth and his father’s .38-calibre revolver, dating from 1913, was at his side.
It was the same method of suicide used by a Marine officer in the film A Few Good Men – which Foster was known recently to have watched.
In the movie, the officer had killed himself because he was distraught about testifying against his commanding officer.
In real life, Vince Foster was distraught at the prospect of being grilled about the shady affairs of Hillary Clinton.
A clear case of suicide, then. Or was it? As the months passed, wild rumors began to grow that a hitman had murdered him because he knew too much.
Tall and handsome, Vince Foster was one of Hillary’s closest colleagues and best friends.

Ron Brown
                                                              4 – Ron Brown

Ron Brown Secretary of Commerce and former DNC Chairman. Reported to have died by impact in a plane crash. A pathologist close to the investigation reported that there was a hole in the top of Brown’s skull resembling a gunshot wound.
At the time of his death Brown was being investigated, and spoke publicly of his willingness to cut a deal with prosecutors. The rest of the people on the plane also died. A few days later the Air Traffic controller committed suicide.
Jack Cashill wrote: When I first heard of the Ron Brown plane crash in 1996, I presumed it was just that – a crash, an accident. It was not until the revelation of the hole in Brown’s head in late 1997 that I began to question the simplicity of the earlier explanation.
In exploring Ron Brown’s life, however, I came to see just how desperate were his circumstances, especially at the end. I also came to see how deeply – and willfully – flawed was the investigation into his death.
What finally convinced me that talk of “murder” was not irresponsible was the official 22-volume Air Force report. To secure it, I had to go through the Freedom of Information Act.
Contained deep within the report are some astonishing revelations, none of which had ever been revealed in the media.
The Air Force report also revealed the Enron connection. Even if the plane crash were accidental, Brown and 34 others died for no higher purpose than to secure a sweetheart deal between a fascist dictator and a notoriously corrupt American company.
This was the “very important challenge of his time” that inspired President Clinton to compare Brown to Martin Luther King. Again, there is much more than can be revealed here.
In the book, the reader can explore the evidence as to who benefited from Brown’s death and, if he were murdered, who might have executed him and how.

                                                      5 – C. Victor Raiser, II

Raiser, a major player in the Clinton fund raising organization died in a private plane crash in July 1992.
As reported in the Chicago Tribune: C. Victor Raiser II, finance co-chairman of Gov. Bill Clinton`s presidential campaign, was killed Thursday when a small plane carrying him on a fishing vacation crashed in Alaska. He was 52 and lived in Washington.
The aircraft, a De Havilland Beaver floatplane, went down near the town of Dillingham, 300 miles southwest of Anchorage, killing Mr. Raiser and his 22-year-old son, R. Montgomery Raiser, along with three other passengers. A sixth passenger and the pilot were injured.

The New York Times wrote: C. Victor Raiser 2d, finance co-chairman of Gov. Bill Clinton’s Presidential campaign, was killed Thursday when a small plane carrying him on a fishing vacation crashed in Alaska. He was 52 years old and lived in Washington.
The aircraft, a de Havilland Beaver floatplane, went down near the town of Dillingham, 300 miles southwest of Anchorage, killing Mr. Raiser as well as his 22-year-old son, R. Montgomery Raiser, and three other passengers. A sixth passenger and the pilot were injured.
Mr. Raiser (pronounced RAY-zer), a lawyer, business executive and former finance chairman of the Democratic National Committee, was the Clinton campaign’s finance chairman for the Middle Atlantic States and one of its 12 national finance co-chairmen. On learning Friday of his death, the campaign’s press secretary, Dee Dee Myers, described him as “a major player” in the Clinton organization.
Mr. Raiser was born in Indianapolis and earned a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University in 1962 and a law degree from the University of Virginia in 1965.

Paul Tully
                                                              6 – Paul Tulley

Paul Tully Democratic National Committee Political Director found dead in a hotel room in Little Rock on September 1992. Described by Clinton as a “dear friend and trusted advisor”.
The New York Times wrote: Paul Tully, the political director of the Democratic National Committee and one of his party’s pre-eminent strategists, was found dead in Little Rock, Ark., today. He was 48 years old.
Coroner Steve Nawojczyk of Pulaski County said Mr. Tully’s body was found about 3 P.M. today by a maid at the hotel where he was living in Little Rock. Pending results of an autopsy, the coroner said Mr. Tully appeared to have died of natural causes.
Mr. Tully was among the most impassioned and intense of a generation of Democratic political professionals who devoted much of their lives to regaining the White House. He worked in every Presidential election since 1968.
He had moved to Little Rock this fall to aid in Gov. Bill Clinton’s drive for the White House. Ronald H. Brown, the chairman of the Democratic National Committee, said in a statement tonight: “There will be only one Paul Tully. Pacing, driven, and full of joy, Paul’s commitment to our party and, more importantly, to making this great nation even greater was a fire that burned bright and long.”

                                                                7 – Ed Willey

Clinton fundraiser, found dead November 1993 deep in the woods in VA of a gunshot wound to the head. Ruled a suicide. Ed Willey died on the same day his wife Kathleen Willey claimed Bill Clinton groped her in the oval office in the White House. Ed Willey was involved in several Clinton fund raising events.
Willey’s wife, Kathleen asserted in an interview: In a new book alleging a campaign of slander and intimidation orchestrated chiefly by Hillary Clinton, Kathleen Willey points a finger of suspicion at the former first couple for the death of her husband, who was believed to have killed himself.
Willey, who claims she was groped by President Clinton in the White House, acknowledged in an interview with WND today that she stands by the speculation she poses about her husband’s demise in “Target: Caught in the Crosshairs of Bill and Hillary Clinton.
Asked if she suspects her husband Ed, a lawyer and son of a prominent Virginia lawmaker, was murdered, Willey replied, “Most definitely.”
“I’m having someone with a forensics background look at this, and I intend to pursue this further, now that these questions have been raised,” she told WND, pointing to alleged discrepancies in the autopsy report.
Does she believe the Clintons were involved?
“I do have suspicions,” Willey said, “yes.”

Jerry Parks
                                                                8 – Jerry Parks

Jerry Parks Head of Clinton’s gubernatorial security team in Little Rock .. Gunned down in his car at a deserted intersection outside Little Rock . Park’s son said his father was building a dossier on Clinton . He allegedly threatened to reveal this information. After he died the files were mysteriously removed from his house.
KATV Channel 7 reports: It’s a tragic story with many twists and turns that leaves a Little Rock woman with little information about her father’s murder. “Shortly before 7:00 Sunday night, police found the bullet-riddled body of a middle-aged Roland man lying outside his car near the intersection of Chenal Parkway and Highway 10 in west Little Rock,” Channel 7′s Geoff Morrell reported in a KATV news broadcast on September 26, 1993. It was a day that Denise Hickman can recall like it was yesterday.
“I remember getting a phone call from my dad’s widow saying that my father had been hurt. And I asked her what happened and she told me that he was dead. And then I just dropped the phone,” said Hickman.
Someone in a white Chevy pulled up to Jerry Parks car and just started shooting.
“The occupant of the Chevrolet then fired approximately ten shots based upon the evidence we found at the scene,” said Doc Holladay in 1993, back then as a spokesperson for the Little Rock Police Department.
Hickman’s dad was a private investigator and owner of a security company. He would have been turning 67 years old July 3. She was 26 when he was murdered.
Read this 1997 account of events by Ambrose Evans-Pritchard: “I’M A DEAD MAN,” whispered Jerry Parks, pale with shock, as he looked up at the television screen. It was a news bulletin on the local station in Little Rock. Vincent Foster, a childhood friend of the President, had been found dead in a park outside Washington. Apparent suicide.
He never explained to his son Gary what he meant by that remark, but for the next two months the beefy 6′ 3″ security executive was in a state of permanent fear. He would pack a pistol to fetch the mail. On the way to his offices at American Contract Services in Little Rock he would double back or take strange routes to “dry-clean” the cars that he thought were following him.
At night he kept tearing anxiously at his eyebrows, and raiding the valium pills of his wife, Jane, who was battling multiple sclerosis. Once he muttered darkly that Bill Clinton’s people were “cleaning house,” and he was “next on the list.”
Two months later, in September 1993, Jerry and Jane went on a Caribbean cruise. He seemed calmer. At one of the islands he went to take care of some business at a bank. She believed it was Grand Cayman. They returned to their home in the rural suburbs of Little Rock on September 25. The next day Jane was in one of her “down” periods, so Jerry went off on his own for the regular Sunday afternoon supper at El Chico Mexican Restaurant.
On the way back, at about 6:30 PM, a white Chevrolet Caprice pulled up beside him on the Chenal Parkway. Before Parks had time to reach for his .38 caliber “detective special” that he kept tucked between the seats, an assassin let off a volley of semi-automatic fire into his hulking 320 pound frame.

Parks skidded to a halt in the intersection of Highway 10. The stocky middle-aged killer jumped out and finished him off with a 9 mm handgun–two more shots into the chest at point blank range. Several witnesses watched with astonishment as the nonchalant gunman joined his accomplice in the waiting car and sped away.
It was another three months before news of the murder of Jerry Luther Parks reached me in Washington. The U.S. national media were largely unaware of the story, which surprised me because Parks had been in charge of security at the 1992 Clinton-Gore campaign headquarters in Little Rock.

                                                             9 – James Bunch

An influential Texan. Died from a gunshot suicide. It was reported that he had a “Black Book” of people which contained names of influential people who visited Prostitutes in Texas and Arkansas.

John Augustus Wilson
                                                                10 – John Wilson

John Augustus Wilson Was found dead in May 1993 from an apparent hanging suicide. He was reported to have ties to the Clintons ‘ Whitewater deals.
As written by the Washington City Paper: On May 19, 1993, the D.C. government lost one of its early Home Rule-era leaders and most accomplished legislators. D.C. Council Chairman John A. Wilson was found dead in the basement laundry room of his Southwest home by his wife, Bonnie, and chauffeur.
His death, ruled a suicide by the Metropolitan Police Department, sent shock waves through the D.C. political scene, of which Wilson was a 20-year veteran. The longtime Ward 2 council member, who assumed the council chairmanship in 1991, was known for his own brand of brazen politics.

*************************************

Each of these deaths seem to have had a cloud of mystery surrounding the event. In some cases, the victims were shot execution style, with firearms fitted with suppressors.
The public should be asking how common is it that a couple, such as Bill and Hillary, happen to know 47 people who died violent and mystery-shrouded deaths?
Part 2 will follow next week, revealing more bodies littering Hillary’s wake.

Roll Your Own (RYO) Cigarettes Extinguished By Too Much Government

About a year ago I discovered RYO cigarettes after smoking Newports for years. At $50 a carton, Newports were no longer an option. I replaced them with a cigarette that had none of the harsh chemicals that Big Tobacco adds. At half the price how could you beat that!
Jackass of the month, Senator Max Baucus
With every good thing in your life, something bad almost always comes along. Enter Montana Senator Max Baucus(D).....  Senator Baucus added an amendment to the transportation bill that changed the definition of a cigarette manufacturer to cover thousands of roll-your-own operations nationwide. The move, backed by major tobacco companies, is aimed at boosting tax revenues. Something smells fishy here right? And what in the hell does tobacco have to do with transportation you ask.... Not a damn thing! The man who pushed for this amendment  received donations from Altria, a parent company of Philip Morris. Interestingly enough, there are also no RYO machines in the state of Montana. This just proves that our elected officials are some crooked bastards. This also proves that less government is better. This one amendment caused 40 people in just one city to lose their jobs. Multiply that by a couple hundred cities and you get thousands of jobs killed by one jackass. No wonder Democrats can't get unemployment below 8.2%.  In my opinion Sen. Max Baucus should be the one unemployed and he should to be forced to smoke a whole carton of those nasty Newports.

As for my RYO smoking, I have had to go low tech. Max Baucus will have to pry my cigarette machine from my cold dead hands!
It's mine, and you can't have it, Max!

The History of Republican Evil (MLK Day repost)

The Republican Party was formed in 1854 specifically to oppose the Democrats, and for more than 150 years, they have done everything they could to block the Democrat agenda. In their abuses of power, they have even used threats and military violence to thwart the Democrat Party’s attempts to make this a progressive country. As you read the following Republican atrocities that span three centuries, imagine if you will, what a far different nation the United States would be had not the Republicans been around to block the Democrats’ efforts.

I should I also point out that The Klu Klux Klan was created by the democrats for the express reason of terrorizing blacks and republicans in the south to prevent them from voting, and that every known Klansman that were members of congress have been democrats.

Up until Martin Luther King switched parties to becoming a democrat the republicans had a lock on the black vote.
My question is why did MLK switch parties? What was he promised?

The MLK Speech You Need To Hear - But The Left Doesn't Often Cite By Michael Berry

Six months before he was assassinated, King spoke to a group of students at Barratt Junior High School in Philadelphia on October 26, 1967.

I want to ask you a question, and that is: What is your life's blueprint?
Whenever a building is constructed, you usually have an architect who draws a blueprint, and that blueprint serves as the pattern, as the guide, and a building is not well erected without a good, solid blueprint.
Now each of you is in the process of building the structure of your lives, and the question is whether you have a proper, a solid and a sound blueprint.
I want to suggest some of the things that should begin your life's blueprint. Number one in your life's blueprint, should be a deep belief in your own dignity, your worth and your own somebodiness. Don't allow anybody to make you feel that you're nobody. Always feel that you count. Always feel that you have worth, and always feel that your life has ultimate significance.
Secondly, in your life's blueprint you must have as the basic principle the determination to achieve excellence in your various fields of endeavor. You're going to be deciding as the days, as the years unfold what you will do in life — what your life's work will be. Set out to do it well.
And I say to you, my young friends, doors are opening to you--doors of opportunities that were not open to your mothers and your fathers — and the great challenge facing you is to be ready to face these doors as they open.
Ralph Waldo Emerson, the great essayist, said in a lecture in 1871, "If a man can write a better book or preach a better sermon or make a better mousetrap than his neighbor, even if he builds his house in the woods, the world will make a beaten path to his door."
This hasn't always been true — but it will become increasingly true, and so I would urge you to study hard, to burn the midnight oil; I would say to you, don't drop out of school. I understand all the sociological reasons, but I urge you that in spite of your economic plight, in spite of the situation that you're forced to live in — stay in school.
And when you discover what you will be in your life, set out to do it as if God Almighty called you at this particular moment in history to do it. don't just set out to do a good job. Set out to do such a good job that the living, the dead or the unborn couldn't do it any better.
If it falls your lot to be a street sweeper, sweep streets like Michelangelo painted pictures, sweep streets like Beethoven composed music, sweep streets like Leontyne Price sings before the Metropolitan Opera. Sweep streets like Shakespeare wrote poetry. Sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will have to pause and say: Here lived a great street sweeper who swept his job well. If you can't be a pine at the top of the hill, be a shrub in the valley. Be be the best little shrub on the side of the hill.
Be a bush if you can't be a tree. If you can't be a highway, just be a trail. If you can't be a sun, be a star. For it isn't by size that you win or fail. Be the best of whatever you are.

Again, Why Do Blacks Vote For Democrats?

It was the Democratic Party in the south that Rev. King was fighting. He fought against segregationists like Democratic Georgia Governor Lester Maddox, Alabama Governor George Wallace and Democratic Public Safety Commissioner Eugene "Bull" Connor in Birmingham who was the man that released dogs and used skin scorching fire hoses against blacks.
Once the Civil War ended the struggle for equality began. Most blacks saw the Republican Party as the party of freedom and during Reconstruction this was true. Reconstruction had to end and the Republican Party became a minority party in the south with very few white Republicans. The Democrats or the three “s” party, slavery, secession and segregation, had all the power and wielded it with an iron fist. Virtually enslaving blacks all over again.

Blacks in the south were left alone to fight for themselves, their paternalistic Republican Party left them to build alliances of their own. This failed miserably because the last thing the racist south wanted were free blacks, they wanted slaves, free labor and power. The violence that was released upon the freedmen was unbearable and the freedmen gave up their equality to be considered lesser men. Many injustices ensued at the hands of white racist Democrats but even when the Republicans tried to help they we rebuffed by the majority, the Democrats. President Theodore Roosevelt tried to intervene through the infamous peonage trials but could not stop the incidents of involuntary servitude. Therefore, blacks felt abandoned even though all the advances of the black race was a product of the Republican Party from 1860 to 1968 they left the party in droves when the Democrats started offering social programs to take care of “the little man.” Encouraged by the likes of Jesse Jackson more blacks voted Democrat. Because of Democratic social programs more black men left the home in order to let the government send money to take care of his family. He planted his seed far and wide and when the seed was rejected because the planter would be absent, our precious babies were aborted in the millions, all federally funded by Democratic social engineering.
Republicans kept offering a hand up and Democrats a handout. Handouts being easier they were accepted over a hand up. Even blacks that did not take handouts were glad that they were there so they wouldn't have to be responsible for their brothers and sisters. They voted and still vote to keep government handouts going because it is easier than arguing with those who won’t work or taking care of those who can’t. This is a syndrome that has affected all of our society and the Democratic Party has solidified its base of those who want government to be responsible instead of being responsible themselves. I admit that I could be wrong about some of my observations but I think they are rational and supported by history. Why do blacks vote Democrat, because there are so few responsible black men! Many blacks have been duped into a paternalistic psychological slavery where to be taken care of by the government is encouraged, freedom of thought is discouraged and to be different from the group is not tolerated. Clarence Thomas, Condoleezza Rice and Michael Steele along with other Black Republicans are repudiated because they stand for responsibility and freedom, they are not on the Paternalistic Psychological Plantation.

Constitutional expert: Here's what 'natural born citizen' means By Bob Unruh © 2011 WND

There are those who dislike Obama's policies and just want him out of office. There are those who like the socialism he's been working to install in the U.S. and probably will vote for him again. And there are those who have done some research and say the simple logic of the facts regarding Obama confirms he's not eligible under the Constitution's requirements for a person to be president.

But the concept of a constitionally qualified "natural born citizen," when it's been used interchangeably with so many other words like "citizen" and "native-born citizen," remains an enigma to some.
Now comes a constitutional scholar to put it in simple phrases and make it clear.
Freshly updated! Find out what Obama's story truly is, in "Where's the REAL Birth Certificate?" by Jerome Corsi.
The evaluation of the meaning of "natural born citizen" in the Constitution comes from Dr. Herbert W. Titus, of counsel to the law firm William J. Olson.
He previously taught constitutional law, common law and other subjects for 30 years at five different American Bar Association-approved law schools. From 1986 to 1993 he was the founding dean of the College of Law and Government at Regent University.
And before that, he was a trial attorney and special assistant U.S. attorney with the Department of Justice.
His degrees are from Harvard and the University of Oregon, and he's admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, appellate courts in the 6th, 7th, 9th, 10th and other districts. His practice has taken him into courts more than a dozen different states.
His perspective: Constitutional expert: Here's what 'natural born citizen' means

He explains that much of the discussion of citizenship, and the 14th Amendment, essentially can be ignored in this argument, in a video from TheAmericanView.com. "'Natural born citizen' in relation to the office of president, and whether someone is eligible, was in the Constitution from the very beginning," he said. "Another way of putting it: There is a law of the nature of citizenship. If you are a natural born citizen, you are a citizen according to the law of nature, not according to any positive statement in a Constitution or in a statute, but because of the very nature of your birth and the very nature of nations."

If you "go back and look at what the law of nature would be or would require … that's precisely what a natural born citizen is …. is one who is born to a father and mother each of whom is a citizen of the U.S. or whatever other country..."
"Now what we've learned from the Hawaii birth certificate is that Mr. Obama's father was not a citizen of the United States. His mother was, but he doesn't qualify as a natural born citizen for the office of president."
There have been allegations since long before Obama's election in 2008 that he is not a "natural-born citizen," a requirement imposed by the Constitution on no other official.
Obama's critics believe that at the time the Constitution was written, the founders agree with Titus, and understood "natural-born citizen" to mean the offspring of two citizens.
Obama has claimed he was born in Hawaii, but birth documentation he's released has been judged by a number of document, imaging and graphics experts to be fake.
Others believe he would fail to qualify no matter his place of birth, because his father, Barack Obama Sr., was a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of Obama Jr.'s birth. They allege the founders precluded dual citizens by specifically demanding a "natural-born citizen."
The Hawaii birth documentation image that was released by Obama and described by the White House as "proof positive" of Obama's Hawaiian birth:

Black Community Activist Sues Racist Political Party by:Zilla of the Resistance

Wayne Perryman, a black minister, and community activist, has filed a legal brief for a class action lawsuit, against one of the two major political parties in the United States, for its long history of racism and discrimination.
The plaintiffs, who refer to the defendants as the “Father of Racism,” allege that as an organization, the Democratic Party has consistently refused to apologize for the role they played in slavery, Jim Crow and for other subsequent racist practices from 1792 to 2011. Mrs. Frances P. Rice, the Chair of the National Black Republican Association is also a named plaintiff in the class action lawsuit.

The case cites the collective work of over 350 legal scholars and includes Congressional records, case law, research from our nation's top history professors, racist statements from Democratic elected officials, citations from the Democrat's National Platforms regarding their support of slavery, excepts of speeches from Senator Obama, individual testimonies from blacks who lived in the Jim Crow South and opinions from the NAACP.

Perryman said President Obama was named as a defendant not only because he is the official leader of the Democratic Party, but because of certain statements he made about his own party in his book, Dreams from My Father. In 2009, the President was asked to issue an apology to blacks on behalf of his party, but he refused. Unlike other reparations lawsuits, this lawsuit merely asks for a public apology, but no monetary damages.

In the 40-page brief, Rev. Perryman tells the court that the Democratic Party, (the party that is quick to call the Tea Party and Republicans racist), is the same party that refuses to confess and/or acknowledge (in public and on their website) that they are the party that supported the institution that packed millions of black men, women and children in the deep dark hulls of slave ships with just barely enough food and water to keep them alive, and forced them to lie in their own urine, feces, and vomit for the duration of a long trip across the Atlantic. And after arriving in America, it was the members of their party that forced these poor souls to work from sunup to sundown for the next 70 years and never paid them one dime. And when the black victims were fortunate enough to escape, it was the Democratic Party that passed Fugitive Slave laws to return them to their brutal slave masters. When their inhumane institution of slavery was challenged by the opposing party, Democrats countered by placing threats in their political platforms (1844-1856), - threatening anyone who dared to interfere with what they called, “the sectional issue of Domestic Slavery.” On May 21, 1856, they carried out their threats when they attacked their opposition, Senator Charles Sumner with a walking cane on the Senate floor and when they attacked with guns, freed blacks and abolitionists on the streets of Lawrence, Kansas. Six years later, Democrats called themselves 'Confederates” and went to war killing thousands to defend and protect their racist institution of slavery. After losing the war, they fought against constitutional amendments and civil rights legislation for blacks, and chose instead to form terrorist organizations, legislate Black Codes and Jim Crow Laws and support every landmark case that was designed to deny blacks their constitutional rights including the Slaughterhouse Case, Plessy v Ferguson, the Civil Rights Cases of 1881 to overturn the 1875 Civil Rights Act, and Brown v. the Board of Education. While many of these cases were pending, Democrats proudly adopted the name “The Party of White Supremacy” and committed every inhumane violent act known to mankind (from 1867 to 1977) to keep blacks in “their place.” And to add insult to injury, after killing millions of blacks through their racist institutions, they hired powerful attorneys to keep this information from blacks and to avoid apologizing to blacks.

Perryman said, “Any organization that has such a racist history and receives 97% of the African American vote (after doing all they could to deny blacks the right to vote), should willingly apologize without being forced do so through a lawsuit. He said, “I guess they feel they have nothing to apologize for.” Perryman went on to say that he is “convinced that Democrats will only apologize if the media, or the courts (with public pressure) will force them to do so. The man who authored the book: The Audacity of Hope, now has the “audacity” to refuse to apologize for his political party and their racist institutions, that took the lives of millions of his own people.  MORE HERE
Reverend Wayne Perryman is the author of the book, Whites, Blacks, and Racist Democrats.

The National Black Republican Association is petitioning Obama to issue a formal proclamation of apology for the Democratic party's history of racism.
President Obama, Can You Spare A Proclamation
The National Black Republican Association has issued a petition to Barack Hussein Obama, the leader of the Democratic Party, requesting that Obama issue a formal proclamation of apology for the Democratic Party's 150-year history of racism.
We recognize that this is likely too much to ask of the oh so "racially sensitive" Democrats who want us to ignore their racist past and failed socialism that have caused so much harm to black Americans.  So we will not hold our breath waiting for their response. READ THE PETITION HERE
The Democrats have always been the party of racism and discrimination, contrary to their propaganda about "racist Republicans", which is nothing more than projection, and the Democrats' false narrative that they are champions of Civil Rights despite the fact that it was Republicans who fought for them and the Democrats who fought against them. (See The Democrat Race Lie at Black & Right)

Perhaps Herman Cain should join the lawsuit as well. Via Kevin Jackson at The Black Sphere:
You won’t hear any report of this, but Democrats partied like rock stars on Saturday night, December 3, 2011. Behind closed doors all over the country, Democrats celebrated December 3, 2011 like it was the election of Barack Hussein Obama all over again. It was not the ascension of a half-black man that was the cause of Democrat’s exuberance, but instead was the demise of a full black man.

For Democrats all is good in the world, as the Republican Party is ALL white again.

Just in the nick of time, too.  There are Democrat strategists high-fiving each other, saying “Whew, that was CLOSE!”

They’re right. Cain almost got away. The black Conservative who escaped beyond the plantation’s alligator-infested boundary to spread his message of American exceptionalism across the countryside had to be stopped.  Had Cain not been stopped, he might have infected other blacks with that crazy talk. Imagine a world where black zombies were muttering 9-9-9 all the time.

Luckily Democrats were able to do what they always do when a black man not of their choosing aims too high.  Democrats turned on the water cannons and unleashed the dogs. Female dogs. I believe the technical term is bitches.

No need to rehash how Democrats used white women and ultimately a white woman named White to bring down the accomplished black man with the biblical name. What’s important to know is that they accomplished it. Democrats are just repeating history, again openly oppressing blacks as Democrats did back in the day.

I say openly, because new millennium Democrats have evolved their oppression of blacks.  They are clever in that they now oppress blacks without making it appear that they are oppressing blacks, then blame Republicans. Genius, when you think about it.

Nevertheless, Democrat tactics remain the same.  Make examples of a few uppity blacks, which serves to keep other blacks in check.  It doesn’t take many lynchings to make a point.

Back in the day, all it took for a black man to be hung by deranged Democrats was for the black man to simply look at a white woman.  Black men were to walk with their heads down when approaching a white woman, and don’t dare speak to one.

The Democrats didn’t have to kill Cain. They could have just knocked him off his high horse, as they did with the first few white women.  His numbers had slipped enough, his reputation sullied so that he stood little chance of being the first full black president.  Instead however the Democrats knew it was necessary to destroy Cain, to kill his dreams and aspirations.

Democrats have been killing black people’s dreams for decades, including the most iconic dream of Dr. Martin Luther King.  King’s dream of being measured by the content of one’s character is as dead as disco.  It’s about color, stupid…period.   You’re black, ergo you’re a victim. Anybody trying to tell you otherwise, well is being uppity.   READ THE WHOLE THING

But according to the "smart people" in the mainstream media, all of the awful things the Democrats have done and continue to do is, of course, not racist, but if you think the federal government should be smaller and less intrusive in people's lives, you are totally a racist. That's because the MSM is racist.

Obama’s America, A Place Divided by: just a conservative girl

I sincerely don’t like calling the president a communist, a traitor, or any of the other names that some have come up with about him.  I figure he can’t possibly be all the things he is accused of being.  I don’t agree with his vision of what this country is.  I also feel that it is important to have dialogue, otherwise things will never change.
But I have reached a point that it can no longer be denied.  The man is a socialist.  He wasn’t kidding when he said he wanted fundamentally change America (not that I thought he was kidding, I just am surprised by the speed).  He and his minions are doing so much harm to this country, that we are truly reaching a breaking point.
We were attacked by Muslim terrorists more than 10 years ago.  Very few people in the country deny that.  Since that time we have been unable to have an honest dialogue of what happened on that fateful day.  Let alone on the days since when we have had other attempted and successful attacks.  One such day was November 5, 2009 and it took place in Fort Hood Texas.  A Muslim man who was corresponding over the internet with known terrorists walked onto his military base with a gun, started yelling Allah Akbar and killed 13 people and injured 29 more.  He carried a business card with the initials SOA (Soldiers of Allah) commonly used by Muslim terrorists.  Today we are told again, that this man committed an act of workplace violence not an act of terrorism.  He is just some guy who shot up an Army base.  The reasons for it all point to terrorism, but we can’t call it that.
There are people in this country who feel very strongly about the threats of terrorism in this country.  Who honestly believe that Islam is a danger to our way of life and to the Western world.  By telling us that we can’t call what Hassan did an act of terrorism all they are accomplishing is further fueling that fire with more distrust.
Today Congresswoman Barbara Lee stood up on the floor of the House of Representatives and said that the GOP is trying to deny blacks the right to vote. Why?  Because we want people to show ID when they vote.  People have to show ID to get on airplane, cash a check, to have a job, open a bank account, enter many federal buildings, in many states to collect welfare or food stamps, to pick up a registered letter at the post office, and to collect unemployment.  But the simple act of wanting to add voting to that list makes me a racist.  Why?  Because they say so.  There is no proof that in the states that already require that ID be shown (I live in one) that minority voters are suppressed.  But that doesn’t stop them.

“Having been born and raised in Texas, this certainly looks like a poll tax to me, which those of us remember as a way to prevent African Americans from voting. These voter ID laws have a partisan agenda: seeking to disenfranchise and deny specific populations of voters before they have the opportunity to elect their representatives in government.”She also said the laws are meant to change election outcomes by “turning the clock back to the days of Jim Crow.”

Because I want free and fair elections, I am racist.  The NAACP has gone as far as to petition the United Nations saying there is an effort to suppress minority votes.  No, we are trying to have only the people who are qualified to vote voting and get rid of voter fraud.
Here is Obama talking about Capitalism
It fits well on a bumper sticker. Here’s the problem: It doesn’t work. It’s never worked. It didn’t work when it was tried in the decade before the Great Depression. It’s not what led to the incredible post-war boom of the 50s and 60s. And it didn’t work when we tried it during the last decade.
.  What he doesn’t seem to understand is that when the likes of Barney Franks and Chris Dodd meddled in the way banks gave mortgages it is no longer free market or capitalism.  It isn’t capitalism that failed.  It was the government interference in said capitalism that failed.  Before the Community Reinvestment Act you couldn’t get a mortgage unless you had a good paying job, a healthy down payment, and a good credit score.  It wasn’t the market that changed that.  It was people like Acorn saying things like home ownership is a right.  It was people like former President Carter who thought it was a good idea for the banks to lower the standards.  Now, had we kept with the original intent of the CRA, we may not have had these problems.  The original intent was to stop banks from turning down otherwise qualified candidate simply based on the zip code of where the home was being purchased.  They were predominantly lower-income areas and predominately minority applicants.  But, the left got greedy and forced more and more banks to make risky loans.  There is no denying that there was money to be made when they were bundled and that was taken advantaged of.  But the reality is that it wasn’t the greedy capitalist that started down the slope of giving risky mortgages.  They forced down that slope.  Barney Frank and Chris Dodd are directly responsible for the financial mess we find ourselves in today.  The Bush administration asked the congress to look at the worthiness of Sallie and Freddie.  Barney Frank who was having a sexual relationship with someone at Frannie refused to do it and publicly stated over and over again that Freddie and Fannie were perfectly fine.  He belongs in jail.
But the Obama administration feel that they can use to stoke the fires in this country.  The left use the word racism at the drop of a hat to describe anyone that doesn’t feel that this country is going in the right direction. Which is almost two-thirds of the country as this point.  So I guess some democrats are racists too.  We are living in a time when our own government is seeking to divide us more and more.  They do this to gain more power for themselves by not allowing rational discussion of the real issues we are facing in this country.  The mounting debt that is quickly becoming insurmountable and could topple this economy once and for all.
Has this man read a history book?  Capitalism is exactly what led to the boom of the 50′s and 60′s and allowed the middle class to flourish.  Allowed them to buy homes, to purchases cars, and to move to the suburbs.  This entire country was founded upon capitalism.  Capitalism, with all of its faults, has made our middle class grow.  Back in the day we were a nation of land owners and the rest of the peons.  The Gold Rush, the oil boom, the industrial era allowed this country to become what it is today.  While we had our share of robber barons, and greedy people, it did trickle down to the rest of us.  We have all benefited from the capitalistic nature of this country.  Even our poor are very rich when you compare to the rest of the world’s poor.  We have the most vibrant economy in the world, and if we just leave it alone it will make the proper corrections so the next Bill Gates and Steve Jobs will come along reinvent the way we live our lives and provide millions of jobs as well some great little gadgets.
Pick up a damn history book Mr. President and get your head out of your ass.  We are not Europe. We don’t have, nor do we want, a stagnant economy for the long-term.  For for the love of Pete, please stop stoking the fires of discontent in this country.  We need to stand together to solve our problems.
Is it election day yet?
